“Buyer BEWARE. Order shipment has been postponed 4 times. They took money from my acct IMMEDIATELY (Sept 21) butorder has not been filled and each time I contact them, they say they're in their fulfillment window.NO THEY'RE NOT Not what's published on their website. Guess they've silently change fulfillment window, getting further and further out each time I call them. Now, instead of medication being shipped Sept 23-28th, it changed to Sept 30th, then Oct 2nd NOW Oct 9th Can we say scammed. If you can't ship in published timeframe, don't debit my acct UNTIL ORDER IS SHIPPED. Will be contacting my bank and refute this charge.”

Payment for services unfilled are not refundable and they will mess up your dosage. Anyone who's been on a glp1 understands the importance of maintaining your scheduled dosage. The contact team will waste valuable time. This company is not worth investing your time, money, or energy into. Please learn from my experience and continue your search for a GLP-1 solution.”

Incorrect addresses, long processing times, incorrect dosage/blends.

“All of these positive reviews must be bots or new customers. I had no issues the first two shipments and then things went downhill from there. I've been a customer for 6 months now and every single shipment I have to call in to fix one issue or another. My medication has been delivered to the incorrect address twice now. (I'm pretty sure that's a violation of some sort.) I have wait times of 2 weeks or longer when submitting a new order - this is almost double the time they promise. Their customer service team is among the worst I've seen. I called to change an address on file, the girl said she did, she tried to get off the call with me and I asked her to repeat the address, she froze and didn't say anything for a long time. Turns out she did not update the address. I gave her the correct address again, she repeats it and we end the call. The shipment notification I receive the next day says the incorrect address. This is just one interaction out of several I could share. These are people's medications and they need to be taken seriously. I will be reporting Gala GLP1 and the compounding pharmacy to the Florida Board of Pharmacy, Florida Attorney General, and FDA.”

Like many others, my medication schedule was completely disrupted by their fulfillment delays, causing dangerous gaps in my medical treatment. This isnt just a generic scam; its a completely Mickey Mouse amateur operation masquerading as a professional medical service. The entire customer service department is an AI bot loop that just echoes back whatever you want to hear to pacify you, without actually solving a single problem. You are promised escalations and resolutions by automated scripts, but there are no real human beings taking accountability. Because I paid a year upfront, they are attempting to hold thousands of my dollars hostage. Their standard defense that the prescription is already at the pharmacy only covers a single shipment - it cannot justify withholding a refund for the remaining unfulfilled months of an annual contract. Worse yet, they have completely ignored my official credit card dispute, completely abandoning their obligations the moment they got my money. Save your money, save your health, and do not trust this amateur setup.”
