I am going on 3 months with Altrx

“I am going on 3 months with Altrx and it hasn't been bad. I read these negative reviews and I find it hard to believe that we are all with the same company. They always respond to my messages with in 24 hours. I receive my shipment of tirzepatide with in a couple days after I follow up. Plus they haven't bumped my price it's been $148 since I started. I like Altrx. Plus I've lost 10 pounds. The only side effect I have is being sleepy but it's getting better.”

This company is great and takes care of me and my family quickly and they are very customer service oriented. My order came in correct and even after taking a break, was able to use the medication at have at a different dose. They didn't try to sell me another beginner dose. A+”

Ive be been using AltRx for 4 months

“Ive be been using AltRx for 4 months (out of a 6 mo subscription) after switching from another company. Not a single problem. Ive communicated with customer service multiple times and received prompt responses. Ive continually lost 4-5 pounds a month. They accidentally billed me once but after contacting them, I was refunded immediately. Ive been really happy with my experiences using them.”

“I signed up on a Friday night at 8pm. A doctor called me at 1045 Saturday morning and we talked for about ten minutes. She ordered the dose and medicine I wanted and I received it by FedEx overnight delivery on Thursday. So far so good.”

“I joined in June 2026. At first I was worried cause the ad I saw said $129 a month for tirzepatide but when I signed up they said it was an error and it would be $149 a month forever. And so far it's been great. My dose has increased but my price hasn't. I haven't had any trouble with communication via messaging them. My experience so far has been great, but I am not a social person I appreciate them checking up on me monthly and not annoying me with weekly check ins.”

Good experience but a little frustration

“I'm on my third month with altRx and while my first two months were very smooth, this third one has been terrible. My refill order has yet to be fulfilled with zero reason as to why. Customer service says they requested to “expedite it” but nothing yet. We shall see. I've been happy otherwise.”

My first time ordering from AltRx

“I was looking for a telehealth that utilized the same pharmacy I was already using, and AltRx was one of the ones. Ordering through AltRx was almost a 3rd of the cost I spent the first 3 months through the FSA site. Everything else ran smoothly. I ordered 7/5 and received it today, 7/13. I paid through Afterpay, so they can't renew without my approval.”

“I spoke to someone at Altrx last week. I told her I wanted a high dose of Triz since I have been on Triz for one year. My order arrived today, a week after ordering. Everything went very smoothly. The only concern was the tiny vial in comparison to other companies I previously ordered from. I just hope it works as it should.”

I was very skeptical about ordering...

“I was very skeptical about ordering with this company but thankfully I was proven wrong for the most part. Once I was approved I received email stating that my prescription had been sent to the pharmacy for compounding. It took about 5 days but I finally received an email that it had been shipped & I received it the next day. Total process took about 8 days total. Paige was great about texting me back if I had questions but customer service never responded back to me. However, I did receive them & I'm happy that everything has worked out so far. Overall experience - very satisfied.”
