GLP-1 Provider Customer Support Compared: What 226 Trustpilot Reviews Say

Nobody publishes their support response time, so we counted what reviewers report. Every Trustpilot review we have captured for 10 online GLP-1 providers (dated May 12, 2026 to Oct 4, 2026) was run through the same keyword rule for support, shipping and billing. The counts, the shares and every reviewer-stated time span are below, quoted as written.

The short answer

Across 226 captured reviews, 131 mention support and 84% of those rate the provider 4 or 5 stars - in these reviews, support is praised far more often than it is criticised. The complaints cluster around shipping: of 51 reviews that mention delivery, 35% rate 3 stars or lower.

Among providers with at least 10 support-related reviews captured, Sprout has the highest share of positive support mentions (100% of 15) and wellmedr the lowest (79% of 24). Sample sizes differ, so read the table, not just the ranking.

Support, shipping and billing, by provider

“Mention” means the review’s title or text matches the theme’s keyword rule. “4-5★” is the share of those reviews rating the provider 4 or 5 stars. Sorted by positive support share; providers with fewer than 10 support mentions are listed last and marked as small samples.

Public Trustpilot figures are each provider’s profile aggregate on the date we captured it; “Not published” means the provider shows no aggregate. A Trustpilot rating reflects customer experience, not medical quality. Source: Trustpilot

What reviewers report about timing

Every support-related review that states a time span, quoted as written, newest first, up to three per provider. One reviewer’s experience is not a service level; it is the only timing data that exists in public.

Methodology and limits

  • Source. The Trustpilot reviews we have captured verbatim for each weight-loss provider, from the provider’s public profile, with reviewer names shortened to a first name and initial. Only providers with at least 5 captured reviews appear; 226 reviews across 10 providers today.
  • Rule. A review counts as mentioning support if its title or text contains words such as customer service, support, rep, agent, respond, answer, chat, call, phone, email, staff, nurse, care team or coach; shipping if it contains ship, deliver, arrive, tracking, FedEx, package or refill; billing if it contains charge, bill, refund, cancel, subscription or renew. The same rule is applied to every provider; nothing is weighted or hand-picked. A review can count under more than one theme.
  • What the percentages mean.“4-5★” is the share of theme-mentioning reviews whose overall star rating is 4 or 5. It is a proxy for sentiment about the theme, not a rating of the theme itself.
  • Timing quotes.Sentences from support-related reviews that state a span such as “within an hour” or “over 24 hours”, quoted as written. They are individual reports, not measured response times, and no provider publishes a service level we could check them against.
  • Limits. Samples are small and uneven, captured over different date ranges, and people who had a problem are more likely to write a review. Treat the table as a map of what customers talk about, not as a ranking of service quality. The page recomputes whenever we add reviews.
